The site operates from 8 am to 4 pm on weekdays while it opens at 9 am on weekends until 4 pm on Saturdays and 2 pm on Sundays. However, residents arriving in vans are only permitted to tip from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm during weekdays and 9 am to midday on Saturdays.
