This facility is open daily between 7:30 am to 4 pm on weekdays, until 1 pm on Saturdays and until midday on Sundays. Most types of waste are accepted at the site with exceptions for hazardous waste and liquids while DIY waste and industrial waste are charged by the tonne. The same waste restrictions apply on the civic amenity site at Cringle Street, just 38 minutes away via the A315 which is open 24/7 to accommodate residents arriving in vans.
