Assigned to a specific area it was the important responsibility of SLWP (South London Waste Partnership), which has been set up between Merton, Kingston upon Thames, Croydon and Sutton to deal with waste more efficiently in south London along with the waste contractor Veolia ES UK to manage waste in the area more efficiently to importantly collect both the segregated and mixed waste produced and to dispose of it either by recycling, reuse or landfill
